Fàtima P. Godall is the current Chief People Officer at Scaled Robotics. Fàtima has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous positions as Head of People, VP People, and Chief People Officer. Prior to their work in HR, they were a Managing Director and co-founder of Globinn Consulting. Fàtima has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted organizational performance.

Fàtima P. Godall has a Master in Human Resource Management from Westminster Business School at the University of Westminster in London, UK. Fàtima also has a Strategic Management Programme: Creating and Sustaining Competitive Advantage from Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have a Project Management Mastery from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Holism and NLP from Universitat de Barcelona. Finally, they have a Master in Direction of Communication, Public Relations and Protocol from University of Barcelona & ESERP Business School.
