Shane Paul

Shane Paul has extensive experience in technical operations, primarily within the healthcare technology sector. Since October 2013, Shane has held various leadership roles at ScaledData Health, including Technical Operations Lead Engineer, Director of Technology Operations, and Director of Enterprise Operations. Previously, Shane worked as a Lead Architect at Scaled Data LLC, focusing on Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop architecture for hospitals, and as a Senior Citrix Engineer at IntelliSuite Technologies, providing subcontracting services across the U.S. Shane began a career in Citrix engineering at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where Shane established a Citrix environment from the ground up. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts (AA) and an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer and Information Sciences from Elgin Community College.
