Emil Novakov

Emil Novakov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Emil co-founded Scaleflex in 2017, where they served as the CEO. Scaleflex offers a B2B SaaS platform that combines Digital Asset Management and Web Performance to help organizations create, manage, and accelerate digital experiences globally. Prior to Scaleflex, Emil co-founded Mobinergy in 2016, which was acquired by Unisys Corporation in 2021. At Mobinergy, they were the CTO and played a key role in developing Enterprise Mobility Management and Digital Workplace solutions. Emil also worked at VMware, where they served as the Systems Engineering Lead for AirWatch in Central and Eastern Europe from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they led AirWatch's Sales Engineering team for Central and Southern Europe and played a crucial role in introducing AirWatch to numerous customers in EMEA. Emil began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they taught networking, TCP/IP, and security.

Emil Novakov attended Télcom SudParis from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur (Master's Degree) in Mobile Networks and Services. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to their educational background, Emil has obtained certifications such as the VMware Master Specialist Digital Workspace 2019 from VMware in November 2019 and the VMware Certified Instructor – AirWatch from VMware in December 2017.
