Jean-Francois Lecas

Jean-Francois Lecas has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Jean-Francois is currently the VP of Global Services & Operations at Scaleflex, a company specializing in cloud image and file management. Prior to their current role, they founded and served as the Managing Director of ALYZEO LTD.

Before that, Jean-Francois worked at CDNetworks as the Director of Services & Support, where they played a key role in transforming the company into a global leader in content and cloud security services. Jean-Francois was responsible for overseeing Go-To-Market and Client Services, and acted as an ambassador for the company.

Jean-Francois also worked at Rackspace, where they served as the Service Delivery Senior Manager. In this role, they managed the global delivery of outsourced services for major media, retail, and consulting organizations. Earlier in their career, Jean-Francois worked at Xerox Global Services EMEA, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager and later as a Consumables Senior Team Leader. In these roles, they oversaw daily delivery functions, managed teams, and handled customer relationships.

At Xerox Europe, Jean-Francois served as a Sales Lead Coordinator. Jean-Francois developed and implemented a project to generate new revenue streams by utilizing customer information.

Overall, Jean-Francois Lecas has a strong background in service delivery, operations management, customer relationship management, and business development.

Jean-Francois Lecas obtained a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ISEG, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Licence in Business Law from Université Paris 8, studying from 1994 to 1997.
