Parag Madhani

Parag Madhani has an extensive work experience spanning over thirty-five years. Parag started their career in 1985 as a Senior Technical Manager and a DMTS at AT&T Bell Laboratories. In 2000, they moved to AANetcom, a startup in Lehigh Valley, as a Senior Director. Parag then joined PMC-Sierra as a SoC Director. In 2003, they joined LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, as Director SoC Development. In 2008, they moved to Broadcom Inc. as Sr Director for APAC SoC (System On a Chip) - Bell Labs to Agere to LSI to Avago to Broadcom. In this role, they were expatriated to Pune (India) and succeeded in building a strong SoC team from scratch. In 2014, they relocated the Pune Design Center to Bengaluru and hired 50+ new engineers in a record time. Currently, they are working as a Sr Engineering Director at ScaleFlux since 2019.

Parag Madhani obtained their Executive MBA from The Wharton School in Accounting and Finance from 1997 to 1998. Parag then went on to obtain their MSEE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1982 and 1984. Theireducational journey began with a BSEE from Sardar Patel University from 1978 to 1982.
