Pete Kapusta

Pete Kapusta has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Pete began their career in 1995 as a Global Technical Account Manager at Informix Software. In 1999, they joined EMC Corporation and held roles as Engagement Manager, Global Technical/Marketing Account Manager, and Area Strategic Programs Manager. In 2004, they moved to CommVault, where they worked as Director of Professional Services Delivery and Sales, National Professional Services Manager, and Central Region Professional Services Manager. In 2011, they joined Fusion-io as Director of Sales Engineering, where they were responsible for sales strategy and team development, strategic partner alliances, and technical solution alliances. In 2014, they moved to SanDisk as Senior Director of Sales Engineering and Professional Services. In 2016, they joined Veeam Software as Senior Director of Global Professional Services. In 2019, they became Managing Director at Data Defined Solutions. Since 2021, they have held roles as Senior Director of Sales and Senior Director of Sales Engineering at ScaleFlux. Additionally, they are currently Global Director of Professional Services Partners at MongoDB.

Pete Kapusta earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago. Pete also obtained a certification in CustomerCentric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling\u00ae in May 2018.
