Phyllis Zhu

Phyllis Zhu has over 15 years of work experience in Human Resources. Phyllis began their career in 2004 as an HR Specialist at Sanofi-Aventis. In 2010, they became an HR Consultant at First Data Corporation, and then moved to Siemens Healthcare in 2011 in the same role. In 2012, they joined Theorem Clinical Research (now Chiltern) as an HR Business Partner in China. Phyllis then moved to Chiltern in 2015 as an HR Manager in Greater China. Phyllis is currently an HR Director in China at ScaleFlux.

Phyllis Zhu obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from East China Normal University. Phyllis then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from The University of Manchester from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in DISC Training on Character Testing from OTi Consulting, HR Business Partner on Strategical Management from Mercer, Psychology from MyTherapist, Target Selection-Interview Skills from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and Total Rewards from Hewitt Consulting Services.
