Dafar Shaban

Dafar Shaban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of energy, climate tech, and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager Energy & Climate Tech at Scalefocus since October 2013, Dafar has held several key roles including Sales Lead, Head of GCC Operations, and Key Account Management Lead. Responsibilities have included managing marketing strategies, overseeing client excellence, and driving sales cycles, especially within the North American market. Previous experience includes roles at Energeo and GEOTECHMIN GROUP focusing on market penetration strategies and renewable energy, as well as earlier positions in business development and customer service. Dafar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Technical University Sofia and is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at New Bulgarian University.
