We help Australian and New Zealand businesses build high-performing offshore tech teams in Sri Lanka - fast, transparently priced, and backed by 15+ years of group delivery experience.

Hiring locally takes months and costs a fortune. ScaleMates changes that. We place elite Sri Lankan engineers, AI specialists, DevOps professionals, QA engineers, and more directly into your team - in weeks, not months - at 65-72% of the cost of a local hire.

What we do
→ Staff Augmentation - one or more specialists embedded in your existing team
→ Dedicated Development Teams - a fully managed offshore squad, aligned to your tools and timezone
→ Offshore Development Centre (ODC) - your permanent branded presence in Sri Lanka
→ Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) - we build and run your team, then hand full ownership to you
