Douglas Owens

Douglas Owens has over 30 years of work experience. Douglas started their career in 1987 at Computer Conversions, Inc., where they worked as a Manager of Computer Operations and Programmer. During their time there, they developed custom conversion utilities and applications and created tape recovery software. In 2001, they joined CBL Data Recovery as the Managing Director of US Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple labs, developing marketing strategies, hiring and training staff, and negotiating contracts. In 2010, they worked as a Jr System Admin at Shea Family Care before joining ScaleMatrix in 2012. At ScaleMatrix, they started as a NOC Engineer and later became the NOC Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Support Operations.

Douglas Owens completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Programming from Bay Valley Technical Institute between 1985 and 1987. Further education history details are not available. However, it is known that Douglas Owens attended El Capitan, but no degree or field of study information could be obtained.
