Hyo Won Lee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From November 2014 to February 2015, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at JIT Automation, mainly focusing on data entry and occasionally coordinating truck/trailer movements across the US/MEX border. They then transitioned to the role of Fleet Maintenance Manager at JIT Automation from November 2015 to May 2019, where they managed truck parts purchasing and inventory, coordinated repairs with drivers and local mechanics, and handled work orders and invoices. In September 2020, Hyo Won joined ScaleMatrix as a SOC Technician, supporting network systems and datacenter operations, provisioning environmental and networking systems for colocation clients, and responding to client inquiries. In December 2020, they were promoted to the position of Support Shift Lead at ScaleMatrix, where they handled day-to-day coordination of SOC shifts, created and updated training material, and ensured effective monitoring and response to critical system alerts.
Hyo Won Lee completed their secondary education at Rancho Bernardo High School from 2007 to 2011. Hyo Won then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Hyo Won Lee has attained various certifications. In 2018, they obtained a certification in CompTIA Network+. In 2022, they achieved the ZCP: Enterprise Engineer (9.0) certification from Zerto. Further certifications include CompTIA A+ in 2023, CompTIA Security+ in 2023, Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) in 2023, and ITILv4 Foundation Level in 2022 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
