Vinny Poliseno

Vinny Poliseno has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business systems. In 2002, they began their career as a Sales & Marketing Field Representative at glaceau, where they increased brand awareness across a sales territory in New Jersey. In 2006, they joined DLT Solutions as a Web Marketing Manager, where they received internal promotions and managed the workload of five direct reports. In 2011, they became the Director of Marketing at Merlin International, where they built relationships with strategic partnerships. In 2012, they joined Salsa Labs, Inc. as the Director of Salesforce & Business Systems, where they achieved various successes such as increasing sales efficiency of follow-up on marketing qualified leads and establishing key performance indicator dashboards. In 2017, they joined ThreatConnect, Inc. as the Director of Salesforce & Business Systems. In 2019, they co-founded and became the VP of RevOps Strategy & Architecture and the Head of RevOps at scaleMatters. In 2020, they joined Wizards of Ops as a Member.

Vinny Poliseno completed a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from George Mason University - School of Business in 2006. Vinny is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, but has not yet completed their studies.
