Antony Vikram

Antony Vikram possesses over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing RPO operations, designing tailored recruitment solutions, and implementing automated recruitment platforms. Prior to this role, Antony worked at AstraZeneca as a Human Resources Recruitment Advisor, overseeing talent acquisition for multiple business units and successfully onboarding 650 candidates. Experience also includes roles at Randstad India as an RPO Specialist and ICT Consultant, and at Maples ESM Technologies in recruitment for IT and IMS sectors.
