Pankaj Khairnar

Pankaj Khairnar has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles in various companies. Pankaj started their career as a Senior Backend Engineer at Magnet Technologies in 2008 and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Directi from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they served as a Technical Lead at Weboniselab before founding ChatMask, a platform that allows users to chat anonymously without hesitation. Pankaj then joined Coditas as a Senior Backend Engineer from 2014 to 2015 and subsequently worked at workout.CASH as a Senior Backend Engineer and Scala and Golang Developer. In 2016, they co-founded Qwentic Consulting Pvt. Ltd and served as its Managing Director until 2019. Currently, Pankaj Khairnar holds the position of CTO and CEO of Golang Specialized Services at Scalent Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they lead a team of Golang Engineers in developing highly scalable web-based products and services using cutting-edge technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Elastic Search.

From 2005 to 2008, Pankaj Khairnar studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in computer science.
