Claire Barnard

Claire Barnard currently serves as Manager of Partner Education at ScalePad, starting in January 2025. Previously, Claire held multiple roles at AlayaCare, including Customer Education Operations Lead, Customer Education Associate, Senior Implementation Specialist, and Implementation Specialist from August 2020 to December 2024 and May 2019 to August 2019, respectively. Claire led various SaaS project implementations for home care agencies across the U.S. Claire's early career includes a Sales Intern position at AlayaCare, where research was conducted on home care agencies, and a Summer Research Student role at University Health Network, contributing to clinical research on brain injury. Additionally, Claire was the Program Head at YMCA Canada, overseeing daily camp operations. Claire earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies from Queen's University from 2016 to 2020.
