ScalePeople Advisory is a boutique HR consultancy for global SaaS and technology companies that need senior People leadership without the full-time cost.

Founded by Eugen Kuzminov — a People executive with 15+ years scaling organisations from 50 to 500+ across EMEA, APAC and the Americas — we embed as your Fractional CPO and deliver structured HR programmes that turn people operations into a measurable competitive advantage.

We work with Series A–D companies, PE-backed businesses, and founder-led teams at the 50–500 headcount inflection point. Every engagement is outcome-driven, board-ready, and built to scale.
