Anders Bæk Johansen

Anders Bæk Johansen has a diverse work experience. Anders Bæk is currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Scalepoint Technologies since August 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Nordic Category Manager at the same company from November 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Scalepoint Technologies, Anders worked at Nets Group for a significant period of time. At Nets Group, they held various positions including Digital Procurement Manager from January 2021 to November 2022, Procurement Transformation Manager from August 2020 to December 2020, and Category Manager for Application Development and Maintenance from January 2020 to December 2020. Anders Bæk also participated in the Nets Personal Accelerator Program from September 2018 to June 2020.

Anders has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management as they held the role of Strategic Sourcing & Category Manager from March 2018 to March 2020, Strategic Sourcing & Re-Negotiation Manager from June 2016 to March 2018, and Procurement Category Manager from December 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their career in procurement, Anders gained experience as a Student Assistant in Internal Services at Nets Group from August 2013 to December 2015. Anders Bæk also worked as a Service Consultant for Cards Services and Fraud Monitoring from June 2007 to August 2013.

Outside of their corporate experience, Anders also served as a Royal Guard/Gatekeeper at Den Kongelige Livgarde from August 2007 to December 2008 and worked as a Lifeguard at Bagsværd svømmehal from June 2007 to March 2008.

Anders Bæk Johansen obtained their Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they attended from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued their studies at Copenhagen Business School from 2012 to 2014, earning a Cand. Ling. Merc. degree in Internationale/Globale Studier.
