Vedel Perlman

Vedel Perlman is currently the Vice President of Risk & Compliance at Scalepoint Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Cyber Risk Services at Deloitte Danmark from June 2018 to May 2019, where they successfully built a privacy team. From December 2016 to May 2018, they were the Head of Governance & Compliance at A.P. Moller - Maersk, responsible for leading a team that managed Maersk's global Governance Framework (Commit) and global compliance programmes on Anti-Corruption, Trade Controls and Data Privacy. Perlman has also served as the Head of governance & Data Privacy | Chief Legal Counsel at A.P. Moller - Maersk from April 2015 to November 2016 and as the Head of Governance & Legal Risk mgt. | Senior Legal Counsel from April 2011 to March 2015.

Vedel Perlman attended Københavns Universitet, where they studied law. Vedel then attended Mærsk International Procurement Program (MIPP) and studied procurement. Afterwards, they went to INSEAD to study Negotiations Dynamics. Finally, they became a Certified Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001 from BSI Training Academy.
