Faysal Alghethber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Co-founder and COO at Scalers since June 2020, Faysal previously held positions at the Ministry of National Guard Development Program as a Senior Projects Specialist and as a Specialist in Delivery from October 2019 to June 2021. Additional experience includes a role as a Jeel Tamooh mentee at Boston Consulting Group from March 2019 to March 2020, selected among the top 100 students for a prestigious mentorship program, and as an Assistant Credit Analyst at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund from June 2019 to October 2019. Faysal also participated in the Edad Program with McKinsey & Company and completed a summer internship at KPMG Saudi Arabia in 2018. Faysal holds a degree from Alfaisal University, completed in 2019.
