Paul Laborde

Paul Laborde is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the observability squad at Scaleway since September 2025, with a focus on K8S infrastructure and the LGTM stack. In addition, Paul serves as an administrator and developer at Tousolar, contributing to cooperative administration and solar potential web simulator development. Previously, Paul held several roles at La Banque Postale, including team leader of card payment systems, where management of 35 personnel across multiple technical teams was key. Other professional experiences include customer project management at Sigfox, business development at Icam and VINCI Energies, and foundational roles in network architecture at Orange and radio engineering. Paul holds a degree in Network & IT engineering from ENSEIRB and prior academic credentials in network and telecom from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and Lycée Déodat de Séverac.
