Tom Glason is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the B2B tech sector. As Co-founder and CEO of ScaleWise since May 2020, Tom specializes in connecting investment-backed tech companies with critical go-to-market expertise. Tom also founded Pavilion UK in July 2018, fostering a community for sales and marketing leaders to enhance skills and drive company growth. Additional roles include serving as Founding Sales Coach at Sales Impact Academy, Advisor at Jiminny, and Non-Executive Director and Investor at Huumans.io and MiOP. Prior to these positions, Tom held senior leadership roles at Trussle, Goodlord, Segura Systems, and Brightpearl, where contributions led to significant advancements in sales and operational efficiencies. Tom earned a 1st Class Honours degree in Sports Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire.
