What is the reason scaleXT exists?

Despite the explosion of talent data available today traditional recruitment for founders, CEOs, boards, investors and leaders is still often manually done and slow, painful, and expensive.

At the same time new AI only solutions at the other end of the spectrum often lack judgment, context, and trust.

scaleXT was built to solve this gap to accelerate the transformation of recruitment services to an AI-native model.

Launched in 2017 scaleXT is the AI talent intelligence ATI operating system that helps organisations make their most important talent decisions with confidence.

Powered by our proprietary 3 decisions framework · ATI Assess™ · ATI Hire™ · ATI Scale™ · scaleXT gives you continuous visibility into the talent that drives performance: who is ready now, who to bring in next, and how to build the team that scales.

Trusted by more than 100 companies, scaleXT delivers talent intelligence as a subscription - not a recruitment fee.

Behind the platform is a high-touch team of talent intelligence partners, researchers and data specialists who oversee every process.

This combination of human and machine is our true north and what drives us.

You have 3 pricing options across our Growth, Pro or Scale plans where you will be able to structure the right plan for your use cases and achieve major cost savings compared to your standard recruitment agency spend. Our limited Pro and Scale monthly subscription plans are the most disruptive of these options where you can now have access to ongoing talent intelligence without traditional placement fees.
