Christian François is a co-founder and COO of Scalezia.co, where they help over 20,000 B2B companies transition and grow through online courses, bootcamps, and advisories. Christian is currently serving in this role since December 2020. Christian also works as a VP of Growth at O'SOL since October 2021. In the past, they have held positions such as an organizer of conferences (Marketing/Growth) at Meetup since September 2017, a Growth Manager at Agicap from August 2020 to December 2020, and a Web Marketing | Growth Lead Gen at HelloWork from October 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, they served as a Growth Marketer and co-founder at Amazjob from March 2018 to January 2020, and as a Stage Commercial/Web Marketeur at Domaine La Piscine from July 2017 to September 2017. Christian began their career as an Assistant Marketing/Sales at Rolling Geeks from August 2016 to October 2016.

Christian François has a Master 2 (M2) degree in web marketing and digital strategy from Digital Campus. Christian obtained this degree at an unknown time. From 2015 to 2018, they attended EGC Réunion and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Business Management. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they studied at Université de La Réunion and obtained a Licence de commerce degree in Business Economics.
