Jules Gardair has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a seasonal sales representative at Glacier Catalan. In 2017, they became the responsible for commercial development for a start-up, Maison César Thibon, where they were involved in client relations, wine presentations, and prospecting for new clients and suppliers.

In 2018, Jules took on the role of a commercial development manager at La Gorge Fraîche, where they managed and developed existing client portfolios, conducted prospecting, and executed point-of-sale animations. Jules also served as a chef de rang at Latzarro and a responsible for the salle at Bivouak Café for a short period during the same year.

From 2020 to 2021, Jules took on the role of Head of Sales at Ripaton, where they were responsible for creating a BtoB sales strategy in France and French-speaking countries. Jules developed social selling techniques, established sales processes, formed partnerships, and oversaw project management.

In 2021, Jules shifted their focus towards investing and joined Time for the Planet as an investor, supporting the creation of companies that aim to save the planet. Jules then joined Scalezia.co as Head of Sales & Associate in 2022, driving sales efforts while also contributing as a business strategist.

Lastly, in 2022, Jules became a co-founder of Cosywave, a company dedicated to solving sleep-related issues by designing specialized pillows.

Throughout their career, Jules has demonstrated a wide range of skills in sales, client management, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.

Jules Gardair completed their education with a focus on business development and management. From 2014 to 2020, they attended Montpellier Management and earned a Master 2 (M2) degree in Business Development with a mention. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales and obtained a license. In 2017-2018, Jules pursued a Master's degree in Management and Direction of Commercial Teams at Montpellier Management.

In addition to their formal education, Jules Gardair obtained a certification in "Les fondamentaux de la croissance Holistique" from Scalezia.co in August 2022.
