Susan Goebel is a seasoned operations expert with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector, and is currently the Founder and CEO of Scaling Management Consulting Group, Inc. since May 2017. Goebel focuses on enhancing operational excellence and driving growth across businesses, significantly improving EBITDA through effective strategies. In addition to consulting, Goebel has served as the Founder and Chair of the Global Legacy Foundation since 2007, supporting those undergoing Assisted Human Reproductive procedures and funding scientific research. Past roles include Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at NovaVive Inc., Project Manager at Bioniche Life Sciences, and Supervisor of Biology at Boreal Laboratories. Goebel holds a Masters and a Post Graduate Certificate in Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health from the Royal Veterinary College, along with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from Western University.
