Kevin O'Connor

Kevin O'Connor has held various roles in the corporate world since 2000. Kevin began their career at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President/Section Manager, where they led teams of 8-14 associates in Credit, Fraud, and Quality Control departments and implemented initiatives that reduced fraud losses and maximized loan growth. In 2006, they joined Appletree Answers as the Chief Operating Officer and was instrumental in growing the company from 5 locations, less than 100 employees, and $6M in revenue to 21 locations, 650 employees, and $32M in annual revenue. Kevin also developed and implemented employee engagement, coaching, and development initiatives that decreased turnover to 28%. In 2012, O'Connor joined Stericycle as the Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations, where they led the transition process of acquisition of Appletree Answers by Stericycle and developed cultural and team member development programs to reduce team member turnover. In 2018, they joined align5 as the VP Coaching and Consulting and grew the consulting business from under $100,000 to nearly $900,000 in revenue. Most recently, in 2022, O'Connor became the Chief Operating Officer at Scaling Up Coaches.

Kevin O'Connor attended Roman Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995. Kevin then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management from Philadelphia University between 1995 and 1999.
