Robert Kininmonth

Robert Kininmonth has had a long and varied career in business. Robert began their professional career in 1985 as a Marketing/Sales Consultant for Kodak Australasia, where they were part of a one-year graduate management program. In 1992, they moved to Australian Milk Marketing as a Business Manager, where they were responsible for brand strategy and portfolio management. In 2000, they became a Business & Marketing Consultant for Parmalat Australia, where they bedded down the acquisition of leading milk brands and established a brand team and promotional program. From 1999 to 2012, they were a Director and CEO for A MacDougall & Company Pty Ltd, where they managed the transition from a traditional wholesale business to a cloud-based business system. During this time, they also worked as an Advisor for Somerset Capital Pty Ltd and a Business Coach for Scaling Up Coaches.

Robert Kininmonth's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Monash University, which they obtained between 1987 and 1990. Robert also holds a Diploma of Arts (D.A.) from RMIT University, which they obtained between 1980 and 1983. In 1997, they completed an Advanced Business Management Program at Macquarie University. In 2012, they participated in a Strategic Planning, Business & Executive Coaching program at Gazelles International.
