Morge continued to develop a career at interact-iv.com from January 2012 to February 2014, initially as a Network & Voice Engineer and later as Operation Team Leader. Morge served as a Service & Support Engineer and Dev-Ops & Global Services Engineer at Scality, ultimately holding various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Customer Success, Vice President of Global Services, and Director of Global Services from July 2018 to October 2020.
