Jeff Waters is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer support and storage management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at Scality since January 2022, Jeff designs, builds, and delivers solutions for customers while supporting sales through technology showcases and consulting. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a SAN Administrator at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, managing enterprise storage systems and leading as a subject matter expert on various storage solutions. Jeff’s experience also includes a long tenure at Dell EMC as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, where leadership of a break-fix team was a key responsibility, as well as prior network engineering roles at Qwest Communications International and MCI WorldCom.
