Paulina Wrońska

Paulina Wrońska has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT recruitment. Paulina began their career at Bawaria Motors Sp. z o.o. in 2017 as an Asystent HR, although their tenure in this role was relatively short. In 2019, they joined speedapp, where they initially worked as an IT Research Consultant from February to June 2019. Paulina then transitioned to a role as a Junior IT Recruiter from July 2019 to June 2020. Subsequently, they became an IT Recruiter from July 2020 to August 2021. Most recently, Wrońska is employed at Scalo as a Senior IT Recruiter since September 2021.

Paulina Wrońska pursued their education at Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a degree known as Magister (Mgr) in the field of study of Psychology. In addition to their academic achievements, Paulina acquired a certification in IT Recruitment from itMatch in May 2022.
