Tomasz Bielat is a professional with extensive experience in IT service management and product information management. Currently employed at Scalo since November 2022, Tomasz is involved in incident management and application administration within the B/S/H PIM project, utilizing ITIL and agile workflows, and providing instructional support for product information workflows. Prior to this, Tomasz worked at Nordea as an IT Service Desk Dispatcher and Service Desk Specialist, focusing on incident management. Experience also includes a role at Build IT Up Sp. z o.o. as a Specjalista ds. wspracia ICT, where responsibilities encompassed IT resource management and administration of various systems, including Windows Server and network infrastructure. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Junior Support Specialist at Omega IT Consulting, supporting IT systems for a major metro project in Warsaw. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Warsaw School of Computer Science, complemented by coursework at the Warsaw University of Technology.
