Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance roles. Mariana is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on an online store for organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online completed in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México obtained in 2015.
