Oksana Smilka

Oksana Smilka has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2004, they worked as the Head of Department at The State Administration of Gorodok district until 2012. Following that, they joined TB Fruit as an HR Manager, overseeing human resources operations within the vertically-integrated group of companies until 2016.

Next, Oksana served as the Human Resources Director at TAYFUN-PLUS from 2016 to 2017. Oksana then joined ICAgile in 2021 as an Authorized Instructor in Agile Leadership.
