Matt Welton is an experienced executive recruiter and talent acquisition leader with a strong background in connecting organizations with exceptional HR talent. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Recruiter at Scalrr since May 2023, Matt has previously contributed to the Lafayette School District as a PE Teacher and Coach while also coaching various sports. With an extensive tenure at adidas from March 2008 to July 2022, Matt held multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing global strategic hiring initiatives. Previous experience includes the role of Account Executive at Robert Half International and National Sales Manager at International Sports Management. Matt holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Humboldt State University.
