Steve Bonomo is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and a track record of building high-performing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Recruiter at SCALRR since February 2023, Steve specializes in connecting early-stage investors and visionary founders with top-tier talent. Prior to this role, Steve held significant positions such as Partner at Riviera Partners and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Twitter, where key achievements included tripling the hiring of diverse talent and pioneering remote hiring strategies. With a foundational career at adidas, where Steve scaled the talent acquisition team and supported substantial organizational growth, as well as early roles in executive search during the tech boom, Steve possesses deep insights into the needs of startups and established companies alike. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
