Carlos Jimenez is an experienced procurement and supply planner currently working at Scalzo Foods since February 2021. Previously, Carlos held roles in research and quality management, including a position as a Junior Researcher at Universidad Industrial de Santander's INNOTEC group, contributing to a project focused on technology surveillance in the cassava sector. Carlos also served as a Quality Specialist at Transportes Liquidos de Colombia, managing the integrated management system, and worked as a Junior Project Manager at Universidad Industrial de Santander's Cultural Department, overseeing major cultural events. Carlos graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander in 2018.
