Susan Barton is an Innovation Development Manager at Scalzo Foods since June 1994. Previously, Susan worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Novartis from April 1992 to May 1994, and as a Food Technologist at Coles from February 1986 to March 1992. Susan holds a degree in Food Technology and Processing from Moorabbin College, where Susan attended from 1987 to 1991. In their current role, Susan is responsible for developing FMCG lines from concept to launch, incorporating product packaging and process development.
