Kevin Kappel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at SCAN since May 2021. Kappel also served as the Director of Policy Development at Caring Foundations from 2013 to 2015, and as the Policy and Finance Director at The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) from 2011 to 2015. Kevin started their career at Mintz Levin as a Project Analyst in 2008 before moving on to roles as a Project Coordinator at American World Services Corporation in 2006 and as a Stagiaire at Fondation iFRAP in 2007. Prior to their current role, Kappel worked as a Manager of Government Relations at ML Strategies, LLC from 2010 to 2013, managing client deliverables and communication across various industries.

Kevin Kappel completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Georgetown University, where they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Science & Technology Policy.
