Lena Perelman has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in Medicare product operations and development. Lena has held various leadership roles at SCAN, including Vice President of Medicare Product Operations, where they strategically managed the entire product lifecycle and provided dynamic leadership to a team of direct and indirect reports. Prior to that, they were a Director of Product Development and Market Expansion, driving exceptional execution of new product launches and overseeing a portfolio of supplemental contracts. Lena also has experience in community outreach, where they oversaw recruitment, developed strategic plans, and fostered relationships with various organizations. Before joining SCAN, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Talbert Medical Group and as a Project Manager at United Health Group.

Lena Perelman completed their undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara from 1995 to 1999, earning a BA in Psychology. Lena then pursued further education at the University of Southern California, where they obtained an MSG in Gerontology from 2000 to 2002, as well as an MPA in Public Administration during the same period.
