Sanaya Lim-Heng has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on compliance and regulatory affairs. Sanaya is currently the Director of Medicare Compliance at SCAN, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Compliance at Optum from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Optum, Sanaya worked at CalOptima from 2011 to 2021, holding various managerial roles in audit & oversight, regulatory affairs, and compliance. Sanaya also gained experience in compliance project management at Easy Choice Health Plan from 2008 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Sanaya has demonstrated a strong understanding of Medicare compliance and regulatory requirements. Sanaya'sexpertise and leadership make their a valuable asset in ensuring organizations' adherence to healthcare regulations.

Sanaya Lim-Heng, MHA obtained a Master of Health Care Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach, between 2008 and 2010.
