Tricia Barrentine Guay

Tricia Barrentine Guay is an experienced professional in federal government affairs and legislative advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Federal Government Affairs at SCAN since April 2024, Tricia previously held the position of Director of Legislative Affairs at the Alliance of Community Health Plans from April 2019 to April 2024. Tricia's prior roles include Director of Federal Government Affairs at WellCare Health Plans, Senior Vice President at Petrizzo Strategic Group, and Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Tim Mahoney. Tricia began a career in public service as a Legislative Assistant to State Representative Jim Davis. Tricia holds a Master’s Degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
