Morgan Galecki, MPA has worked in various roles in the public sector since 2015. In 2016, they served as a Legislative Intern for the Wisconsin State Legislature, where they communicated with district constituents and attended Senate Hearing Committees. In 2017, they interned at the City of Fort Wayne as a Special Programs Intern, supervising the Mayor's Youth Engagement Council. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Strategic Planning & Policy Research Intern at Brightpoint. In 2020, they worked at Brightpoint as a Development Assistant, coordinating internal and external communication, tracking donor retention, and organizing outreach events. Most recently, in 2021, they have been working at SCAN, Inc. as the Donor Relations Director, Interim Donor Relations Director, and Donor Relations & Events Coordinator.

Morgan Galecki, MPA, has an education history that includes a Bachelor's of Science in Law and Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they also participated in a study abroad program through IES Abroad. Galecki then went on to complete a Masters in Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison in 2020.
