Victor Thomas

Victor Thomas has a diverse work experience in operations management. Victor started their career as an Operations Manager at the Chicago Tribune Media Group from February 2002 to November 2007. Later, they joined CarMax as an Operations Manager in January 2008 and continued in this role until October 2014. During their time at CarMax, they managed a two-shift automotive reconditioning facility and was responsible for safety, productivity, employee development, customer service, waste reduction, and cycle time. In November 2014, Victor joined Scan-Optics as the Director of Operations. In this role, they oversaw the Operations Team, Customer Care Team, and Technology and Facilities Group. Victor managed work production flow, reports, forecasting, capacity planning, budgets, and P&L statements. In October 2015, Victor joined Amazon as an Operations Manager.
