Isaac Mintah

Isaac Mintah currently serves as a Senior HR Analyst in HR Planning and Analytics at MTN Ghana, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this position, Isaac accumulated extensive experience at Nestlé Central & West Africa Region from October 2014 to January 2023, where various roles included HR Data and Systems Specialist, HR Data Integration Lead, Data and Payroll Analyst, Human Resources, Payroll and Time Administrator, and Human Resources Administrator. In these capacities, Isaac supported HR and Functional Leadership teams by leveraging data trends to address business challenges, maintained data accuracy across HR systems, and managed complex data-related projects. Isaac holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Coventry University, a Bachelor of Arts in French and Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and graduated from Mfantsipim School with a focus on General Arts.
