Scott Bennion

Scott Bennion currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate at Scandia Company, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Scott spent over a decade at RiverPark Development as Senior Property/Asset Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, leasing, and financing for approximately 2 million square feet of Class A office and retail space in South Jordan and West Valley City, Utah. Scott's leadership experience extends to BOMA Utah, where roles included President and Vice President from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Scott worked for Commerce Real Estate Solutions/Cushman Wakefield as Senior Managing Director of Asset Services, managing operations and initiatives across Utah, Washington, and Nevada. Scott holds a BA in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from the University of Utah, completed in 1998.
