Mari Himmanen

Mari Himmanen has extensive experience in event management, social media, and design. Currently serving as an Event Host at Scandic Hotels since September 2018, Himmanen previously held roles as a Social Media Manager at Lyckostaden and as Event Staff for Fazer Food Services, participating in significant events like Slush and the Nordic Business Forum. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Illustrator at Sähkö- ja telesuunnittelu Himmanen Oy and founding First Crush Design, where design expertise was honed. Additional roles in the arts include Assistant Costume Designer and Assistant Set Designer for the Finnish National Opera and Ballet and Helsingin Kaupunginteatteri. Himmanen possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Virtual Fashion Design from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing further education at Taitotalo.
