Robert Engholm

Robert Engholm serves as the Regional Manager of Technical Operations at Scandic Hotels, overseeing the technical management of 13 hotels in Stockholm City since January 2022. Prior to this role, Robert was the Property Manager at Bostadsstiftelsen Signalisten in Solna from August 2017 to December 2021, leading a team of 32 employees responsible for the administration and operation of over 4,000 apartments and 400 commercial spaces. Robert's experience also includes serving as Area Manager at Stockholmshem, managing four property management teams and overseeing 3,500 residential units, and working as a Manager at Huge Fastigheter AB, where responsibilities included managing approximately 2,000 residential units. The career journey began with various roles in VVS montör and technical positions, including work at Securitas and HSB, building a strong foundation in technical management and property operations.
