Melanie Brooks

Melanie Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melanie started their career in 2004 as a Store Manager at lululemon athletica, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they became the Business Owner of Sparkling Baby, a position they held until 2015. During this time, they also joined Scandinavian Building Services, initially as a Business Specialist from 2004 to 2008. Melanie then progressed through various positions, including Procurement and Office Manager from 2007 to 2010, Human Resources Director from 2010 to 2015, and Vice President of Human Resources from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Scandinavian Building Services. In addition, they were a Committee Member for Pursenal Mission at STARS Air Ambulance from 2015 to 2018.

Melanie Brooks' education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Alberta, which was acquired from 1999 to 2004. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carenige Training. Following this, they attained a Certification in ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard from 2014 to 2018, enabling their to become an expert in ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard Certification.
