Melissa Donnahee has diverse work experience in various industries. Melissa currently serves as the Director of Operations, BC at Scandinavian Building Services. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Director at World Financial Group, providing independent financial consulting and planning services. Melissa also held the role of Director of Operations, Pacific Northwest & Western Canada at C&W Services. Melissa has experience in operations and account management, having worked as an Operations/Account Manager at Scandinavian Building Services. Additionally, they acted as an Operational Consultant at Rivers Edge Golf Club, where they assisted in implementing new administrative processes. Melissa has also held positions at TEC Canada, TransCanada, Northwest Redwater Partnership, Amaya, and Brunel Energy Canada Inc., contributing to various roles such as Chair Resource Advisor & Operations Manager, Associate to Director, Major Projects - SCM, Manager - Office Services/Facilities, Executive Assistant, and Contracts Coordinator.

Melissa Donnahee has a diverse education history. Melissa graduated from Saint Mary's University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Psychology. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1999, they participated in the French Immersion Program, focusing on the French language.

In 2004, Melissa joined the Canadian Military and completed Basic Training, specializing in Military Intelligence, General. Melissa then attended a Management Training Course at Paladin Security Group Ltd. in Vancouver, BC in 2009, where they gained knowledge in management, communication, and leadership.

Melissa also completed a Conflict Resolution Program at the Non-Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc. in an unspecified year, further enhancing their skills in conflict resolution.

To expand their career opportunities, Melissa obtained a certification/license in Finance, General from HLLQP in 2012. In 2014, they took a management course called Crucial Conversations. Additionally, Melissa completed an Independent Course in 2016 on Project Management, focusing on managing risk and delivering promised value.

Currently, Melissa is participating in the C&W Services High Potential Program, which started in 2021 and is expected to end in 2022. This program covers various subjects such as leadership, finance, costing and estimation, human resources, risk management, and legal contracts.
