Shivani Gusain

Shivani Gusain is currently serving as the Global People Process & Data Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group since August 2022, where responsibilities include mapping people processes and data flows, analyzing gaps, and building standard global processes. Previously, Shivani held the position of HR Specialist at Pandora from May 2021 to July 2022, focusing on onboarding and offboarding procedures. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Nokia from November 2014 to October 2020, encompassing HR Operations Expert, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruitment Executive, with a focus on onboarding, employee relations, and recruitment across the IMEA region. Shivani began the professional journey with a summer internship in HR at NTPC in 2013. Academically, Shivani holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
